Do You Need to Place a Rush Order?

While Enviro-Tote’s four week lead time for custom printed tote bags in highly competitive with other manufacturers, we understand that there are sometimes events that pop up. Which does not give you four weeks to plan ahead for! That is why we have several options available to provide you with high-quality canvas promotional tote bags for your immediate needs. If you do need to place a rush order, we have put together our most frequently asked questions that you should take into consideration when placing your order!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What information does Enviro-Tote need to fit my order on the production schedule?

Enviro-Tote cuts, prints, and stitches every tote bag to order. Which means our production schedule is changing every day! To fit your order on the schedule, here is what we look at:

  • Quantity
  • Bag Material
  • Artwork
  • Event Date
  • When the order can be finalized and approved to proceed to production

Every detail is important! Once we have a good understanding of what we are expecting to produce, we can get back to you with a delivery time frame and other order logistics.

Which bags can I get the soonest for my event next week?

We can put any style that you’re looking to order on the production schedule, but the styles we have cut and ready are our Everyday Tote, Shoulder Tote, and Market Tote bags in 10oz Natural and 10oz Black Colored Canvas.

Unprinted bags can also be purchased and shipped to another screen printer by you. Here are our available stock options.

What happens if I don’t have my art ready?

Having your artwork in hand is a very important part of scheduling. If it is repeat artwork you are using, there is nothing you need to do. If it is new art, we do need to have it before we can schedule a ship date.

Does quantity matter when placing my rush order?

In most cases, the quantity does not affect the ability to plan for a rushed order.

Are there fees involved with rush orders?

Our first choice is to not give you a rush order fee when we can. If we do need to charge a fee, it is to cover any overtime costs for our employees.
