Who
is Enviro-Tote®?
Enviro-Tote®, Inc. was started in 1990 to replace the
amount of paper and plastic bags being used in college bookstores.
We carried only natural cotton (no dyes or bleaches) at
the time. As we have grown over time we have added color
cottons, Bottle Bag® (made from recycled plastic), and
Organic cotton.

What do I need to send for art?

How do you handle printing
halftone artwork?
Halftones must be at a 40 line screen or less, with percentages
no less than 20% or greater than 60%. For the best quality,
halftones are treated as an additional ink color and will
be billed accordingly.

How much is shipping?
For orders that are not a rush, we ship UPS Groundtrack.
Please call for a quote.
Do you drop ship?
Yes. If drop shipping to more than three locations, talk
with a salesperson. Additional charges may apply.
What is your policy
on shipping quantities?
We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under and bill accordingly.
Can I get a sample before
my bags are made?
We offer two types of sampling. A paper proof is a black
and white version of your art, normally faxed to you. One
paper proof is available at no charge. We also offer a pre-production
proof. This is sent as a printed bag. The charge for this
is $25 for one color and $5 for each additional ink color,
plus any art and screen charges. If changes are made after
proofing additional charges may apply.
What are your terms and payment
options?
Our terms are Net 10 Days. New customers will need to complete
a credit application at the time of your first order or
pay with a credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American
Express. For larger quantities, please discuss terms with
a salesperson.

Can I get a custom
size bag?
Yes. We are able to customize the bag and handle size, style
and colors to fit your needs. In some cases, there may be
a 100 piece minimum.
Can you personalize
individual bags?
We do not personalize individual bags. Please check with
a salesperson for help with this.
Do you print four
color process?
Four color process printing is an option; however, canvas
is not designed for this type of application. We recommend
that we review the art before your order is placed to determine
the best possible method of decoration. Professional separations
may be necessary, or we may recommend the use of a heat
transfer. Transfers offer very good four color and photo
reproduction on natural bags.
Can I buy
in increments of one (1)?
Our minimum quantity for printed bags is 50 and for unprinted
bags it is 25.
Do
you offer discounts for non-profits?
We do not offer discounts for non-profits, we price our
bags as low as possible.
